We designed and built a cloud-based point of sale for Envase, a multi-brand gifting store — giving every vendor a live view of their sales and settlements, with barcode generation and Shopify inventory sync built in.

The challenge
Envase sells gifts from many brands under one roof. Every sale has to be traced back to the right vendor, stock has to match between the shop floor and the online store, and vendors want to know how they are doing without waiting for a month-end spreadsheet. Off-the-shelf POS systems are built for single-brand shops and could not do this.
What we did

Mapped the store’s real workflows — checkout, vendor onboarding, stock intake and settlements — with the Envase team.

Built a cloud POS in Next.js and React that runs in the browser on any counter device, with no installs.

Gave each vendor their own secure account to see sales, stock and settlement status in real time.

Added barcode generation for incoming stock and inventory sync with the Shopify store.
The result
Envase now runs its counter, its vendors and its online stock from one system. Vendors can check their own numbers whenever they like, and stock stays in step between the shop and Shopify.
